Payment Processing & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted completely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles all payment routing, transactions, and localized compliance. Your credit card information is processed directly on Paddle's secure, PCI-compliant payment servers. Agent Peel does not view, store, or handle any sensitive credit card or billing numbers.

Data Retention Policy

• Customer email addresses collected during purchase are retained for tax, bookkeeping, and proof-of-purchase compliance for up to 7 years.
• Inquiries submitted via the website's support form are retained for up to 24 months to track resolution issues, unless earlier deletion is requested.
